Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Marios Pizza & Pasta in Ballston Spa! In this role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that ensures our clients receive exceptional support and service. Your enthusiasm, organizational and communication skills will drive positive interactions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and uphold our reputation for excellence. This position is $15 an hour plus tips

Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone orders
• Take orders efficiently and accurately write them down
• Provide front desk support by greeting visitors with a friendly attitude
• Assist staff with other tasks when there are no customers in shop
• Support customer support efforts by troubleshooting issues, providing product information, and escalating complex concerns when necessary.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and professionalism in all client interactions to foster positive relationships.
