Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Electronic customer service.
• Invoicing of orders
• Order capture
• Merchandise dispatch
• Order delivery monitoring
• Elaboration of reports and database updating
• Receipt of merchandise for return
• Implementation of policies to ensure its correct use
• Support in portfolio recovery
• Registration and control of customer payments
• Performing payment reconciliations with customers.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is essential.
• Knowledge of tools or hardware is desirable.
