Customer Service Representative

The Opportunity:

We are partnering with a well-established organisation in Dingley Village to recruit an experienced Customer Service Representative for an immediate-start temporary opportunity. Joining a busy and collaborative customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and play an important role in keeping orders, enquiries and day-to-day requests moving.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries across phone and email
• Process and manage customer orders from start to finish
• Provide customers with updates on orders, deliveries and product availability
• Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with warehouse, sales and internal teams
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within internal systems
• Follow up outstanding orders and requests
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Provide general administration support to the wider team

About You:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Order Management
• Previous SAP experience
• Experience working within a product-based, manufacturing, distribution or FMCG environment highly regarded
• Strong phone and email communication skills
• Confidence managing a busy workload and competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A proactive, positive and team-focused approach
• Availability to commence at short notice
