Customer Service Representative

Salary: AED 1,500 + Commission

Job Description:
Best DOC Home Healthcare is hiring Customer Service Representative to support our growing team. The role involves coordinating patient care, ensuring smooth communication, and working closely with the operations team to deliver high-quality healthcare services at home.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient inquiries and coordinate bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Organize caregiver schedules and keep accurate records.
• Share service details, prices, and availability
• Arrange bookings and appointments
• Follow up with customers when needed
• Maintain customer records accurately
• Ensure smooth task management and follow-up on pending actions.
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Must be Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
• Able to work night shifts
• Strong memory, organizational skills, and task management abilities.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or administration preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
