Customer Service Representative

Welcome to The Veggie Fix Foodstuff Catering located in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi!

We are currently seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Communications Representative who has worked in the Food and Beverage industry before.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp/Messenger/Social Media and email with professionalism and efficiency.
• Speak with potential clients about event bookings and menu selection.
• Provide detailed information about our concept, packages, services and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Be a team player and assist with operations on a day to day basis.

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluent english speaker.
• Must have experience in the Food and Beverage industry/Hospitality.
• Must be able to engage the client and have the ability to convert inquiries into actual events.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
