Customer Service Representative

Since 1914, Stucky's Furniture & Appliance has been serving Fort Wayne and the surrounding areas with Customer Service as it's number one goal.

Stucky's Furniture & Appliance is looking for a customer service representative for our appliance repair department. Main job duties are as follows.....

• Answering phones & assisting customers at the counter.
• Ordering & receiving parts.
• Entering tickets & scheduling service calls.
• Maintaining a clean & presentable work area.
• Requires the ability to work in a face paced environment.

This opportunity will start at $15.

This position requires the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment. Must be good at data entry & extremely detailed. Looking for a candidate willing to be held accountable to a high standard. Must have the ability to manage themselves.

No experience is required but an upbeat, positive attitude is a must for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $31,200.00 per year
