CTC: ₹25,000 per month

Working: 5 Days a Week

Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Job Overview

We are looking for confident and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Executives with strong international voice/customer service experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions while identifying and converting sales opportunities.

Requirements

• C1-level English communication with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant international experience in Customer Support, Sales, International BPO, Voice Process, or similar roles.
• Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
• Candidates must have complete knowledge of the CRM/tools used in their previous organization.
• Candidates should be able to confidently explain the CRM, tools, workflow, and processes they have worked on during the interview.
• Good problem-solving and objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including odd hours.
• Ability to achieve customer service and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide professional solutions.
• Communicate with international customers through voice/customer support channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
• Handle customer objections and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the CRM.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and sales targets.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting individual and team KPIs.
