We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team and help make our customers’ floral visions bloom!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the shop.
• Assist customers in selecting floral arrangements and other products that suit their needs, such as gifts for occasions like weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries.
• Provide expert advice on flower care and arrangement customization.
• Handle phone and online inquiries, including taking orders, providing pricing, and resolving any customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain an organized and attractive storefront by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash, credit card, and online transactions.
• Upsell products and services, such as delivery options or add-ons like vases, chocolates, or greeting cards.
• Collaborate with the design team to fulfill custom orders and ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or retail sales (experience in the floral industry is a plus but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about floral products and trends.
