Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Production & Sales Associate Company: Black & White Windows
Location: Canoga Park, CA
Pay: $19 - $21 per hour (depending on experience)

About us: Black & White Windows specializes in the sales and installation of high-quality windows and doors. We serve both professional contractors and private homeowners throughout the area, and we are looking for a reliable associate to help manage our daily operations.

The Role: This position splits time between production and sales support. You will help our team track incoming orders, communicate with customers and installers, update project files, and assist with basic sales inquiries. It is a great spot for someone who likes a mix of hands-on coordination and office work.

What we need from you:

• At least one year of experience in a similar office, sales, or production role.
• Strong skills with everyday software like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, as you will be speaking directly with our diverse clients and crews.
• Good organizational skills to keep track of multiple orders at once.
• Hebrew fluency is a HUGE plus
