About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers, trainees, or professionals with up to 6 months of experience in international customer support processes, particularly voice-based support.

The successful candidate will interact with customers through calls, emails, and chat channels, providing exceptional service while ensuring customer satisfaction. If you possess excellent communication skills, are comfortable working in night shifts, and enjoy helping customers solve problems, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat support channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Handle multiple customer conversations and tasks simultaneously.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in:
  • B.Sc.
  • M.Sc.
  • BCA
  • MCA
  • B.Tech
• Freshers, trainees, or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in international customer service or calling processes are encouraged to apply.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
