Customer Service Representative

**Overview:**

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner

• Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product demonstration

• Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience

• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Sell prescriptions, products and lottery

**Requirements:**

• Previous experience in retail pharmacy is a plus

• Strong communication skills in English

• Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions

• Proficiency in upselling techniques

• Multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
