What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help provide an exceptional experience for our customers by:

• Opening new accounts and assisting customers with account questions and services.
• Helping customers with IRAs, ATM/Debit cards, Internet Banking, E-Statements, and Mobile Banking.
• Greeting customers and providing friendly, helpful service.
• Supporting teller operations when needed.
• Assisting with Safe Deposit Box rentals, access, and payments.
• Monitoring reports and completing daily operational tasks.
• Building relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs.
• Working closely with your team to provide excellent service and support daily branch operations.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work well with others and handle customer needs with tact and care.
