Transpeed Communications is looking for Customer Service Representatives to support a US Healthcare Account.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Good to excellent English communication skills
Confident and professional when speaking with customers/patients
Basic computer skills
Willing to learn and undergo training
Amenable to onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig
Willing to work night/graveyard shift
Can start ASAP
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Handle patient and client inquiries
- Provide professional customer service
- Assist with basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate with patients and clients as needed
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- No healthcare or BPO experience required—strong communication skills and willingness to learn are what matter.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
