Customer Service Representative

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (16 hours per week)
• Saturday : 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (7 hours per week)

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls on behalf of multiple businesses across different industries.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to schedule appointments, answer enquiries, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Make outbound calls to customers who have submitted enquiries through online forms
• Provide excellent customer service on behalf of various businesses
• Deliver accurate information about products and services
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records through data entry and CRM systems
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times
• Work closely with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 23.0 per week

Work Location: In person
