Customer Service & Sales Representative (Part-Time, Flexible)
Schedule: Part-time, flexible, 20–30 hours per week
Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule of 20–30 hours per week. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our customers hear when they call. Whether it's a teacher ordering supplies for a school fundraiser, a crafter troubleshooting their first machine, or a business placing a large order, you'll make sure every customer hangs up happy. You'll also support our marketing efforts, helping with email campaigns, product content, and customer outreach.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
▪ Answer inbound customer phone calls with a positive, professional, and patient attitude
▪ Resolve customer questions about products, orders, shipping, and returns
▪ De-escalate and turn around challenging customer situations with empathy and problem-solving
▪ Identify sales opportunities on customer calls: recommend the right products, suggest add-ons, and follow up on quotes
▪ Process orders, quotes, and purchase orders accurately
▪ Assist with marketing tasks such as email campaigns, product listings, and customer reviews
▪ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders
▪ Support day-to-day office operations as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
▪ Prior experience answering customer phone calls in a customer service role
▪ Experience handling difficult or upset customers with professionalism
▪ Comfortable and confident on the phone: warm, upbeat, and clear
▪ Strong computer skills, able to navigate order systems, email, and web-based tools with ease
▪ Excellent attention to detail, because accuracy matters in every order
▪ Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
▪ Available to work 20–30 hours per week during our business hours

Preferred
▪ Sales experience (inside sales, retail, or phone sales)
▪ Experience in the promotional products, crafting, or printing industry (button-making experience is a big plus!)
▪ Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify a plus)
▪ Experience with email marketing tools
