Job Summary

Pike Electric Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, field teams, and internal departments. The role involves handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating service requests, and helping resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist with service requests, account questions, and general customer concerns.
• Coordinate information between customers, field personnel, and internal teams.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and service records.
• Track requests and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Resolve routine problems or escalate complex matters when needed.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to customer activity.
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and service standards.

Requirements

• Customer service, administrative, utility, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and dependable approach to customer interactions.
