Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Cheesecake Shop Bendigo. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, working in a fast‑paced environment, and maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional customer service
• Assist customers with cake selections, special orders and enquiries
• Operate POS and handle EFTPOS/cash transactions accurately
• Prepare, box and label cakes with care
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow food‑safety procedures
• Restock displays and rotate stock
• Support daily shop operations and work as part of a team
• Follow The Cheesecake Shop’s policies and procedures at all times

• Customer service experience preferred

Pay: $34.76 – $35.30 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
