Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems.

Job Description:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns or inquiries
• Document call details and update records in the appropriate systems
• Use internal tools and platforms to assist customers effectively
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolution
• Follow company processes, guidelines, and service standards
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and procedures

Basic Qualification:

• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional when dealing with customers.
• Able to handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using different tools or systems.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Preferably with proven experience as Customer Service Representative.
