Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service required
• Experience in health/human services preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
