Customer Service Representative

Mr Rental Christchurch is looking for a reliable, experienced and motivated Superstar to join our team on a part-time basis.

Be an integral member of our small team. An interesting variety ,from customer service to arrears debtor management. .

The  role is helping customers who are looking to rent an appliance, furniture or fitness equipment etc short or long term.

Helping with the Arrears ledger of customers  You will be working with customers either on the phone, via the web or in person.

We are looking for someone to start immediately

 Hours 16 per week.

 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am-1pm

Friday 12pm -4pm

:Flexibility: You will need to be able to work extra hours to help cover other staff when they take annual leave etc  :Being able to work school holidays is a must in this position

Key skills needed include:

• Being very reliable
• Confidence in dealing with customers on the phone, web and in person, excellent time management skills and  highly organised.
• Honest  with high standards of personal integrity
• Dealing with an arrears ledger using MS Excel,
• Experience using Xero
• Good attention to detail and an excellent work ethic
• A tidy ,friendly welcoming and polite manner
