Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our account opening and compliance operations. The role involves reviewing applications, validating customer documents, monitoring application records, and ensuring processes follow company policies and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Review and process account applications submitted through online and manual channels.
• Check customer information and CDD/KYC documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure applications meet internal policies, compliance standards, and risk requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor the status of submitted applications.
• Prepare daily application tracking reports for relevant internal teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding application requirements or documentation concerns

About you

• Graduate of any course or a relevant course in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or Accounting
• Advanced/Expert proficiency in MS Excel (data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting)
• In-depth knowledge of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) rules and KYC compliance is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy in document verification and data tracking
• Background in banking, stock brokerage, or financial services account onboarding is a plus

The project contract will be a two month project-based and will start ASAP.
