Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Age between 21–30 years

Intermediate or Bachelor’s required

Must have a Degree or Transcript available

Handle customer inquiries professionally

Provide accurate information and support to customers

Resolve customer complaints efficiently

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
