Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with experience in telesales within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales while delivering exceptional support.

Fluency in English is required**.** Knowledge of any regional languages like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam is an added advantage.

You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining financial products, following up with leads, and guiding customers throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Convert leads into customers through effective telesales techniques.
• Explain financial products, services, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product information.
• Assist customers throughout the loan or financial service application journey.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer service targets.
• Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3+ years of experience in customer support and telesales within the financial services, banking, fintech, or loan industry.
• Proven experience in lead conversion and customer relationship management.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
