What they need
We are looking for a confident and organized Customer Service Representative to contact potential clients, follow up on leads, manage customer data, and support business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and customer enquiries.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
- Respond to clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain call and lead records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Customer service, telesales, or call centre experience preferred.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
