Position Details

• Job Title: Customer Service Representative
• Job Type: W2 Contract – 6 months with potential to extend/convert
• Location: Remote – United States
• Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Nesting: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM for 3 weeks
• Work Hours: Sunday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–9:00 PM EST window
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Pay Rate: $18 - $19/hour
• Start Date: 11/02
• Time Off: No time off permitted during training or nesting (90 days)

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will provide telephone-based support to patients and community members who need to schedule appointments with healthcare providers. The role requires accurate data entry, use of EPIC software , adherence to established workflows, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional telephone-based customer service to patients and community members.
• Schedule medical appointments accurately using EPIC .
• Follow established workflow tools and processes.
• Enter and maintain patient information with a high level of accuracy.
• Meet assigned work schedules, attendance, and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive and patient-focused work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience , preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience scheduling medical appointments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to consistently follow workflows, instructions, and schedules.
• Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused communication style.
• Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred.
