Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth start to the day by opening the gym, managing member check ins, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent time management skills, and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first face our customers see and to set the tone for a positive day ahead.

Responsibilities

• Open the Gym On Time Each Day
• Operate POS systems for transactions such as day passes
• Greet Members as the enter the gym
• Provide Outstanding Customer Service
• Be proficent in our billing software and have an ability to answer member questions
• Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation protocols
• Light Cleaning and Stocking
• Laundry

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or fitness is preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Experience in retail sales transactions or cashiering operations is advantageous
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Customer service experience that highlights communication skills and a positive attitude
