Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer experience.
• Assist with sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints through data entry.
• Handle outbound calling as needed to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to manage documentation and reporting effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client services.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing high call volumes in a call center environment.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in English and other languages.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies is beneficial.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required.
• Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation management.
• Prior call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
