Customer Service Representative

Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment? Barsan Hellas, part of Barsan Global Logistics, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in [Athens / Piraeus] .

What you'll do

• Be the main point of contact for our customers, handling quotes, bookings, and shipment inquiries
• Track and follow up on road, sea, and air shipments, keeping customers informed at every step
• Coordinate with operations, customs, warehouse teams, and our international offices
• Prepare and check shipping documents and keep records accurate in our systems
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally to build long-term customer relationships

What we're looking for

• [1–3] years of experience in customer service, ideally in freight forwarding or logistics
• Fluency in Greek and English ; Turkish is a strong plus
• Basic knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documents, and customs processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Good command of MS Office; CRM or TMS experience is an advantage
• University degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field is preferred
