We are a growing independent property & casualty insurance agency looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented customer service representative.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and enjoys keeping systems and processes organized.

Insurance experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong organizational and administrative skills.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Insurance Support

• Assist clients with policy changes and service requests
• Answer phones and respond to client emails professionally
• Process endorsements and policy updates
• Help with billing questions and payment follow-up
• Document client interactions accurately in agency management systems
• Support policy renewals and account servicing
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding client accounts

• Property and casualty insurance experience
• Insurance license 2-20 or 4-40
• Experience with AMS 360
