Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a leading medical technology company in the Munich area. This role plays a key part in supporting customers, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring efficient order and service management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and coordinate communication with internal departments and external partners
• Prepare quotations and manage customer orders from receipt to completion
• Create and monitor service orders, ensuring timely follow-up
• Process invoices, credit notes, and warranty claims
• Support sales administration, invoicing, and receivables management
• Coordinate import/export activities and prepare relevant documentation
• Assist with trade show administration and sales team travel arrangements
• Maintain accurate customer records within the ERP system

Requirements

• Commercial or business administration background
• Experience with import/export processes and customer service operations
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused, professional, and detail-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; ERP experience is advantageous
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken (B2 level minimum) mandatory
• Team-oriented, reliable, and adaptable
