Customer Service Representative

Looking for a highly motivated customer service representative.

Tasks include:

• Answer incoming calls and help with orders, inquiries and order status.
• Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges in QuickBooks.
• Respond and answer support tickets in Zendesk
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Sell products to customers by learning our products and websites.
• Solve customer problems by finding best possible solutions.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
• Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
• Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs

Required

• QuickBooks experience
• Comfortable answering incoming calls
• Personable, polished, and professional
• Committed to customer service
• Organized and attentive to details

Qualifications

• 2+ Years QuickBooks Experience
• 3+ Years Customer Service Experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in English-language business writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Team player who works well with others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
