Customer Service Representative

Core Virtual Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our client's operations in the firearms industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and effective communication.
• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct customer verification and fraud screening in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to customer emails and provide timely resolutions to inquiries.
• Provide accurate product information and customer support regarding firearms and related products.
• Review order details to ensure accuracy and identify potential discrepancies.
• Escalate complex customer concerns or order-related issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of firearms, firearm components, accessories, and related products.
• Familiarity with different firearm types, terminology, and product specifications.
• Experience handling inbound calls, customer emails, and order management.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing customer information and processing transactions.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer information responsibly.
• Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred: Candidates with previous experience in the firearms industry, sporting goods retail, firearms sales, or related customer support operations.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: $700
• Work-from-home arrangement

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
