Customer Service Representative

About the role

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their questions and concerns and making sure each one leaves the conversation feeling heard and helped.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, chats, and emails in a professional, courteous manner
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions or information
• Document interactions and update customer records correctly
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
• Meet quality, attendance, and performance targets
• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines

About you

• College graduate or Senior High School graduate
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Basic computer skills
• Patient, positive, and able to stay calm when dealing with customers
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts
• Makati Site: No BPO experience required
• Pasig Site: 3 to 6 months of BPO experience required
• Old Curriculum Applicants: BPO experience required
