Communication:

• Communicating effectively with customers and technicians.
• Relaying important information and updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1+ year experience in a similar office setting.
• Excellent phone communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software.
• Ability to learn and utilize service management software.
