Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join our national business as a Customer Service Representative and help deliver responsive, knowledgeable support to customers across Australia. This permanent, full-time position is based at our Braeside headquarters and is suited to an experienced, motivated customer service professional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders.
• Provide clear, detailed product information.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the team in achieving service targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information across relevant systems.

About you

• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation, time-management and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence using computer applications, databases and business systems.
• The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• A reliable, positive and collaborative approach.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), will be highly regarded.
