Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at London Heathrow Airport. The successful candidate will communicate confidently in both English and Mandarin and work closely with ground handling agents to support passengers and daily flight operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers and respond to enquiries in English and Mandarin.
• Help resolve passenger issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with ground handling agents to support smooth flight operations.
• Assist with internal and external audits as directed by the line manager.

Requirements

• Strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work shifts. Please note that the early shift begins at 5:30 am.
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
• Aviation knowledge or relevant experience is preferred.
• The right to work in the UK.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
