Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and emails and assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints.

• Creating orders from verbal communication or written PO.

• Process customer complaints and warranty/return orders.

• Assisting customers by identifying the correct product or equivalent product for their needs

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze customer needs.

• Proficient in data entry and computer skills.

• Skilled at using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.).

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.

• Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills

• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
