We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative who enjoys talking with people, finding answers, and bringing good energy to a busy day.

The good stuff up front

• Pay: $21–$23.95 per hour
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Location: On-site in El Paso, Texas
• Training: Paid training on the team’s systems and customer service process
• Support: Teammates and supervisors available to help with unfamiliar questions

What you’ll be doing

• Answer customer calls and emails with a friendly, clear approach.
• Listen to the question, check the relevant information, and explain the next step.
• Update customer accounts and record conversations accurately.
• Follow up on open requests so customers aren’t left wondering what happened.
• Work with other departments when an issue needs their input.
• Pass complex concerns to a supervisor with useful notes and context.
• Share recurring customer questions with the team so we can improve our answers.
