What you’ll be doing

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers
• Support scientists at the cutting edge of biotech by helping them manage their time-sensitive and business-critical orders
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure a smooth, efficient order process
• Help turn challenges into opportunities to impress by delivering stellar support experiences
• Resolve escalations and complaints
• Work cross-functionally with our sourcing teams to give best in class end-to-end customer service

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Problem-solving mindset and resourcefulness under pressure
• A curious, proactive, and positive attitude
• A real team player, ready to support your colleagues
• Experience in the biotech industry or a relevant degree (desirable)

Two roles to choose from

We’re hiring for both our UK and International teams. Here’s what’s specific to each.

Customer Service Representative (UK)

• 2 years’ experience in a customer service role

Customer Service Representative (International)

• Be flexible with your working hours depending on business needs. Shifts can vary and hours fall anywhere between 9am and midnight
• 2 years’ experience in a customer service role (desirable)
• Experience working with international customers, particularly in the US or other global markets, is a plus as we continue to grow our presence worldwide

This is a hybrid role with 4 days a week on site after your training.
