MacEWEN Morrisburg is looking to hire a part-time store clerk to add to their dedicated team. MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS.

Looking for a customer-centric, fast learner who has available flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Excellent customer service
• Complying with Lottery, Tobacco and Alcohol laws
• Ability to request ID when selling lottery, Alcohol and tobacco products
• Efficient customer processing
• Understanding of products for sale
• Keeping track of stock, and re-stocking of the store
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Verifying deliveries
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lb

Outside Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning pumps
• Changing garbage
• Picking up debris in the parking lot
• Cleaning carwash
• Cleaning vacuum

Skills:

• Cash handling
• Cash balancing
• Ability to upsell merchandise
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Attention to detail
• Gas station experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Gas Station: 1 year (required)
