Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
This is a part time position, Saturday and Sunday.

We’re a family-owned and operated pet store with a passion for animals and a commitment to friendly, personal customer service. We take pride in helping pet parents find the right products, advice, and support for their furry, and feathered companions. Our call center is located right in our store, making it easy to stay connected with the team and the customers we serve. * This is NOT a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Create social media post
• Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on client inquiries or promote services.
• Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
• Maintain organized office records and documentation related to customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall client services and enhance customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Sale background preferred, but will train the right candidate
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications for data entry and analysis.
• Weekend availability is a must
