Customer Service Representative

Companions Animal Hospital is a veterinary clinic that cares for small animals only, dogs and cats. We are looking for a people person who also loves animals to join our customer service team.

Duties would include:

• Greeting all clients and pets, making them feel welcome and comfortable
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments, using Impromed veterinary software
• Checking clients in and out, processing payments
• Handling medication refill requests
• Monitoring and responding to email and text communications
• Opening and/or closing the office
• Occasional animal handling may be required

Requirements:

• Experience in the veterinary field very much preferred.
