What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and local campaigns
• Speak with members of the community and provide information about nonprofit programs
• Answer questions and provide excellent customer service
• Help individuals understand how they can support causes they care about
• Build positive relationships with customers and community members
• Complete customer information accurately and professionally
• Follow all nonprofit guidelines and quality-control procedures
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development workshops
• Work closely with team members and leadership to achieve team goals
