Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a confident, organised and proactive individual to join our busy property management team on a permanent basis, either full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days / 24 hours per week).

Previous experience in property, lettings or a similar role would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have good communication and computer skills and a full UK driving licence.

Key duties include:

• Carrying out property viewings
• Handling phone, email and walk-in enquiries
• Dealing with tenant enquiries and day-to-day communication
• Coordinating maintenance, liaising with tenants and contractors, and following jobs through to completion
• Advertising properties and assisting with lettings
• Updating property records and systems
• General office and property administration
• Completing assigned office tasks efficiently and on time
• Supporting the team with other day-to-day duties as required

We are looking for someone reliable, proactive and well organised, who can use their own initiative, manage their workload and take responsibility for completing tasks with minimal supervision.

Full training will be provided. Local knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential.

Salary: £27,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
