NOW HIRING: Customer Service Representative | Johnston, RI | Full-Time

Join Restivo’s Heating and Air, a trusted local HVAC company serving Rhode Island homeowners. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, communicates well, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You’ll answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, assist customers with questions, and help ensure every customer has a positive experience from their first interaction with us.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for customers
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service and maintenance appointments
• Listen to customer needs and determine the appropriate next steps
• Schedule and confirm appointments accurately
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, service needs, and questions
• Maintain accurate customer information and service records in ServiceTitan
• Communicate professionally with technicians and internal team members
• Help resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
• Provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding appointments and services
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude in every customer interaction
• Support the team with other administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2+ years of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home-services experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Dependable team player who takes pride in providing excellent customer service
