Customer Service Representative

• Coordinate with customers to arrange shipments and respond to inquiries about invoices, services, payments, and quotations.
• Maintain a smooth and efficient freight process from booking through delivery.
• Enter shipment and operational data accurately into the system.
• Monitor and trace shipments, providing updates when required.
• Coordinate the timely movement and delivery of freight to customers.
• Prepare and process accurate client invoices.
• Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Develop a thorough understanding of departmental workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Follow and maintain customers' standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring they remain up to date.
• Achieve key performance indicator (KPI) targets in accordance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with overseas offices, responding promptly to internal and external emails and requests.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
