Customer Service Representative

Hardwood Flooring Distributor is looking to fill a full-time position in their fast-paced work environment.

Candidates must be able to multitask and manage a demanding and busy work atmosphere.

Duties include...

• Answering customer inquiries, processing orders, and quote pricing, stock, and lead times.
• Maintains relationships with customers and outside sales representatives.
• Process orders received via phone, email, and/or through personal customer or sales contact.
• Perform detailed data entry for orders through BisTrack software (will train)
• Tracks order and alerts appropriate staff member of potential delivery or inventory problems.
• Work w/ customers in our wood flooring showroom if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
