Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Answer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media with a friendly, professional tone.
• Problem Solving: Investigate customer complaints, find root causes, and provide quick solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Transaction Processing: Handle daily operational tasks like orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and account updates accurately.
• Accurate Documentation: Keep clear and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions in our system.
• Escalation Handling: Identify complex issues and pass them to supervisors or technical teams with clear summaries.
• Product Knowledge & Sales: Stay updated on products, promos, and pricing to help customers make informed buying decisions and suggest relevant items.

Qualifications / Core Skills:

• Education: College graduate.
• Experience: Experience in customer service or retail support roles is an advantage.
• Communication: Good at speaking and writing in English and Filipino.
• Interests: Must be open to learning about motorcycle gear and accessories—we provide the training!
• Skills: Computer literate, organized, patient, and results-driven.
• Motorcycle riders or enthusiasts have an advantage.

Location:

• Must be willing to work on-site in Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
