Customer Service Representative

Key responsibilities:

Provide a high level of customer service in a professional and courteous manner (through phone and e-mail)
Create checklists, packing lists, invoices, RMA and work orders for customer orders
Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure Revenue Report is up to date
Generate shipping labels for domestic and international shipments using FedEx, DHL and CAED software
Liase with freight forwarders for international shipments
Maintain relationship with our suppliers and negotiate contracts and terms to meet company budget
Complete other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Required skills and experience:

College diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience is an asset, but training will be provided as well
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Maintain customer relations and build new relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada (this is NOT a remote position)

Pay: $39,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
