Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team for our new store Kelowna Medical Supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Store Supervisor, this position will be responsible for:

• Customer Service including answering phones, responding to client inquiries and advising customers regarding product selection.
• Inside sales including working with clients in our store to assist with the purchase of basic mobility and medical equipment, medical devices and Homehealth care products.
• Assisting with the ordering of equipment and medical supplies
• Inventory Management - Receiving and Stocking inventory
• Processing rental requests for private rental of medical equipment.
• Entering and processing third-party claims

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills in fluent English (both verbal and written).
• Experience in healthcare and/or medical equipment would be an asset
• Computer skills - must be comfortable with MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and filing skills
• Detailed oriented.
• Must have a friendly, positive attitude and have the ability to have fun while working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
